International Leader with a strong background in Consumer Goods and Health Care, Guy currently manages a Skin Health consulting group where he partners with Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms to help drive strategic acquisitions, innovation, organic business growth and talent management.
Guy is a business executive with more than 25 years experience in the CPG industry where he held management positions including President for Johnson & Johnson’s US Consumer Products Company based in NJ, Global President and Global Business Unit Leader for Johnson & Johnson’s EMEA region based in Zurich and Consumer Board Leader for GlaxoSmithKline’s Global Skin Health business and Market Research Team based in the US and London.
Guy has led some of the most globally recognized brands including; Aveeno, Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, Johnson’s Baby, Band-Aid, Biafine, Le Petit Marseillais, Abreva, Oilatum and Physiogel. His passion is positioning emerging brands for accelerated growth and scale.
Guy has a degree in Economics from McGill University in Montreal Canada. He is a frequent lecturer on topics including Innovation, Consumer Marketing and Brand Globalization.
